There is an additional $500 deposit required per pet, as well as $50 dollar monthly pet rent per pet.

Parking at La Pacifica is a breeze! One and two bedroom apartments are assigned one parking spot, and three bedroom apartments are assigned two parking spots. Assigned spots will either be covered or uncovered. Garages can be rented for an additional $100 monthly, upon availability. There is guest parking available throughout the property.
